Gotta get the soft serve flavor of the week. They sometimes have a rock n rye or a mountain dew soft serve. Huge selection and good prices!

I love this place but the customer service has been horrible lately. I ordered a cone and cup I asked for a lid they said they were out I then asked for another cup because I didn’t want my ice cream exposed. I was hit with a hard no if you are out of something you need to accommodate me as a customer. Giving me another cup would not have financial crippled anyone.

Dairy Whip was really solid! A wide menu selection, all very fair pricing, great service, and great ice cream! Dairy Whip has a lot of the classics, but also has some pretty unique things as well! I went with a classic, a peanut butter cup flurry, and it was great! Can’t go wrong with it.

First time coming here and let me say they don’t disappoint. I decided to get the lemon soft ice cream with blueberry sauce not too rich, and not too sweet just right enough for you to taste the goodness and how light the flavors are balanced lol

So, May 18th @ around 3:30pm sat in the drive through line for an hour. Watched people after 20-30 minutes later get tried of waiting in line, Park their car in the parking lot, go to the window and receive their ice cream before I even moved in line. Nothing convenient about the drive thru. Might as well go to the window. I ask for a chocolate chip cookie dough Sundae, the cashier says “I can put vanilla ice cream in a cup with like cookie dough in it.” Is that a sundae? Most sundae’s come with fudge or caramel something along those lines with whip cream, nuts optional. That’s what most if not all people would assume is a sundae. Meanwhile sitting in the line to order. I see one of the girls out there taking pictures of ice cream cones loaded and beautiful. Nice to see prominent, but not when you are busy. It’s almost a spit in the face to wait that long while someone’s out there promoting it. Laughing at the window after ordering for my wife, son and myself is unprofessional behavior. I get we are young and working at an ice cream place is fun and family oriented but it isn’t right to have to feel laughed at for asking for a certain item, a certain way.
